    The PST battery packs are used in camping car which has an interior equipped with an air conditioner, audio/video equipment, kitchen appliances and more.

    By using lithium ion batteries used in EV from a domestic manufacturer we were able to improve reliability and build-in the same functions as for EV applications, such as cell condition monitoring, remaining charge detection, and self-diagnosis.

  • Development of a lithium ion rechargeable battery pack (43.8 V) to achieve an automotive application-level of quality for mobility of moving parts!

    We developed a 43.8 V lithium ion battery pack for operating component mobility in order to satisfy the needs for those who “want battery packs which can be used in moving body applications (mobility, agricultural equipment, AGV, etc.) other than EV, despite the mainstream development focusing on the automotive industry (EV)”.

     

    The battery pack is equipped with our company’s proprietary BMS which has its own built-in power supply, allow for safe and efficient operation and control of batteries. By using lithium ion batteries used in EV from a major domestic manufacturer we were able to improve reliability and build-in the same functions as for EV applications, such as cell condition monitoring, remaining charge detection, and self-diagnosis. This solution can also be used for industrial electrical storage systems, and other applications.

  • Development of a lithium ion rechargeable battery pack (29.2 V) for emergency backup purposes!

    We developed a 29.2 V lithium ion battery pack for emergency backup purposes in order to satisfy the needs for “emergency preparedness in Japan, which is subject to frequent natural disasters”.

     

    By using lithium ion batteries used in EV from a major domestic manufacturer we were able to improve reliability and build-in the same functions as for automobile applications, such as cell condition monitoring, remaining charge detection, and self-diagnosis. In addition, we were able to use a minimal casing to protect the batteries since they were compact. This solution can also be used in electric motorcycles, and other applications.
