PST's development technologies support our custom products, including in-house development of key devices.

PST has developed a wealth of development and design technologies through our handling of one-of-a-kind custom products. In order to realize the functionality desired by customers, we focus on the development of various technologies; including the development of devices and design and development of circuits and software; and also carry out development of key devices in-house.

Downsizing and reducing weight

PST's proprietary "Power Solution Board (PWSB)" technology

Can be used in fields which require power supply downsizing and improved efficiency for standard encapsulated power supplies, as well as various charging devices, medical devices, and more.

Characteristics - Optimal heat dissipation structure/insulation structure -

  • ●Uses a resin circuit board, formed using our company's proprietary high thermal conduction insulating resin, on a base plate (aluminum plate)
  • ●Guaranteed dielectric strength for high power components (reinforced insulation)
  • ●Can be formed with a lead frame (copper electrode) thickness in the millimeter order
  • ●The resin is a UL certified material (Color: Black, Thickness: 0.4 to 1.6 mm)
  • ●Super resin thermal conductivity (3.4 W/m·K)
  • ●Allows for surface conduction heat dissipation
